Our versatile Arm Roast is similar to our Chuck Roast but is leaner with a finer texture. Packed with Omega-3’s, our healthy Arm Roast has a round bone rather than the “7” or blade shaped bone of the Chuck Roast. Our Arm Roasts are cut to fit in most slow cookers to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Arm Roasts also make excellent stew or vegetable beef soup. Simply cut the roast into 1 inch cubes, brown in a dutch oven with a tablespoon of oil, then cover with water and simmer for a couple hours. Add diced potatoes, carrots, and any other left-over vegetables you have on hand. Easy, delicious, and healthy!
